1. What are the working hours for ordering? When is the shipping date?
From Monday to Friday, the customer service online time is (9:00-18:00UTC+8).
After you place an order and pay for it, we generally ship within 2 working days (except for large items). After delivery, customers can check the order number in User Center - My Orders.


2. Why hasn't the item I ordered arrived?
It is possible that your order is in logistics, and I believe it will be delivered to you soon. If you have not received the goods for more than 1 week, we will contact the logistics department to help you negotiate and solve such problems. If you have any questions about your order, please contact customer service for consultation.


3. What if I can't find the product I want?
Try searching by product name AZ or enter keywords in the search box. You can also use the site page navigation to find products by category.


4. Will out-of-stock products be shipped separately from those in stock, or will they be shipped together when restocked?
In-stock items will ship as soon as possible, while out-of-stock items will ship separately as they become available. Your out-of-stock item will ship the same business day we receive it in stock and we will email you to let us know about the product. shipping in progress.


5. How to cancel an order?
You can cancel an order in two ways:

(2) You can also cancel your order through our customer service team. You need to contact them before 6pm as our customer service department will be closed after this time. If the order is not cancelled, the order will be automatically processed by the warehouse or customer service team. If you cannot contact us within one hour of placing your order, you may not be able to cancel your order.
